(hereinafter referred to as “Xianghong”) is a large enterprise in South China which manufactures chrome and manganese products, with a floor area of over 80,000 square meters. Xianghong has 3600KVA arc furnaces and two 6300KVA submerged electric furnaces, with complete supporting facilities, which can manufacture 30,000 tons of high-medium-and-low micro-carbon ferro chrome annually.
